No ones ever on BF2. So why have it.... Well i understand the hours on it but no one F-ing plays it.

I was just talking to Maxx and a few of his firends and him play BF2, but what r u talking about "Why have it"? Have what? If your talking about the divison on the forums it says Battlefield Division, which is from when many people here use to play BF 1942 a LOT then BF2 which was our clan staple for a while. and BF3 will be released as well, which has a good chance of being the next staple game of the clan to replace CoD4. which is why it is a CoD Division and a BF Division, it is for all the games not just one of them.

Yep, I guess you could call this a placeholder division at the moment. I still play from time to time, like once a week or so as ||SS||Ph4se.

I guess this is just like the CoD division was before the release of CoD4, no one played the series for ages before. That'll change with BF3's release like Hand says. The original CoD was one of our most successful divisions in Europe aswell, damn I miss those dominating days, we came 4th in the Multiplay league in 2004... ah the glory days.

Trying to remember who the squad at the time was; think it was Chrome, CrazyLee, Ellisio, Mundo, Ricochet and Squadron. Wonder what happened to them all, and why they aren't here still!

Anywho, enough of my sentimentalities. BF3 should prove to be the next big thing for all of us, ss4life!

ELLISIO LIVES!!!!!! LOL, I was trying to find some of there cantact info but all the people that would have it are already gone. O well, you guys can start recruiting again for it if you want LOL relive the old glory days. I hope to play with you guys more like we did on BF2. Should be pretty sweet.


Oct 2007 rumors included it being released in '08 (Guess not) and the following:

Set in year modern day

Will ship with 8 maps, each supporting up to 40-players per team

Two playable factions, NATO and MEC (Middle Eastern Coalition)

Same "ticket-based" gameplay style as before

Maps are mostly urban, based in Middle East

Squads and Commanders are present, introduced are "Battalions" which consist of three to four squads.

Five playable classes; Sniper, Assault, Engineer, Medic and Support

Will feature 48 different vehicles (24 for each faction)

Will feature 34 different weapons (17 for each faction) and another 22 unlocks (for both factions), in total 56 different weapons.

Other unlocks include different types of ammunition, body armor, helmets, camouflage and accessories.

Possible public beta in "Summer 2008??

Online stats tracking, awards and "real world ranks"

"Soldier" feature, looks like MMO-styled characters and avatars

Ranked servers will be available for resellers weeks before the game ships
In-game replay and recording feature

VoIP, friends list, in-game IM-client and "extensive clan support"

Built-in auto software updater

Widows Vista and OS X

I might have to give BF3 a shot. I've only played BF1942 and DC mod. I hope it isn't Vista only because I'll not be downgrading anytime soon.

I actually liked the Spec Ops exp pack but no one ever played it.

I mean the xfire clan game...... Sorry. I play the game all the time. I got them all and stuff but yea i hope BF3 is a good game and that we all play it but for now L4D TIME MUHAHAHAHA!
