Forum Upgraded

Well I finally got to upgrading the forum to a "newer" version of vBulletin. It's not the most current but it's in the same version of the most current one so that's a big jump forward.

I need to just get the old header and some other things reinstalled now.

Please let me know if you notice any errors on the site or problems.

Seems good so far, but then again I am at work on my laptop. I will be out for at LEAST a week since the power knocked out everything at my house. Not sure where I will be headed, but looks like New London with family after my shift tomorrow. On a double today and the family is down there now. How game night goes well.
