I have problems hitting someone ten feet away with the throwing knife..

It does seem very suspicious tough.. It did look like he was looking through the building and he had no UAV to explain how he knew the guy was even there.

Was that PC?

I'm going to set up a knife on a class and just start tossing it to see how it falls now lol.

I've gotten some really nice knife kills myself, that was either the luckiest throw in the world or the does have a wall hack... but since it is HIS game play footage, any wall hacks on the screen would show up...

Didn't want to start a new topic but wanted to vent, not feeling good and I'm still annoyed even though I ended the night with a nuke...

So tonight was going rather well, String, Pugilist and I laid down the punishment and had several rather good games, nuked a clan and got them to leave, and generally abused a riot shield, duel glock wielding, throwing knife whore. Well everything was fine until the lobby cleared out and threw and obvious hacker in with us. Got string to kill the server and he called it a night. The next few games, don't remember what order they came in but there was one guy with what appeared to be a lag hack. He ran around and killed with no problem but he would move in jumps no less then ten feet at a time, so it was imposable to hit him. Somebody with that much ping legitimately should not even be able to play the game let alone take the top score. After I realized I couldn't tube him (took the tube off my class to work on another gun) I left. The next game we managed to get in had a score of 600 - 2400 when I gave up and just left. After that it threw us into a game that ended before my map even loaded so I got stuck at the "waiting for players" screen. Finally We ended up in a lobby and a game that wasn't in progress, I camped like a boyscout, got harriers and chopper gunner and a martynuke. I even warned the enemy team not to kill me but they got mad anyway when I blew them all up. The oddest thing was while I am on the rocks overlooking the enemy spawn I picked off several snipers with iron sights and they kept trying to rush me instead of picking up their sniper rifle and shooting at me. Even one of my kills was a "I think that's a head" lucky shot because I was so far away.

Anyway, still not feeling well, but I am not tired so I don't think I'll sleep at all...

When MW2 is fun, it's really fun, when it's not it's REALLY not.

There's too many ways to act like a dick in that game, hacking and player behavior aside. A lot of times when I'm about to load up the game I just give it a second thought knowing I'll have to put up with all the game's downsides.

COD has always been superior to other games in my book so I really wish IW didn't screw us over as bad as they did by trying to sell this game to "casual gamers". They made the game way to accessible to all the unskilled players in the world and even skilled ones will take advantage of these way to easy to use weapons. Such examples alone are ACR, Scar, akimbo glocks and Raficas. Steady aim negates the need for iron sights on some guns all together. The game should have given all guns at least a little sway, and more recoil, steady aim should be used to reduce ADS recoil more and hip fire less. Akimbo never should have been added to anything more then a pistol. Dropping dedicated servers and PB made turned the game into a hackers wet dream. Even if you get VAC banned there are still ways to disable VAC because unlike source games the game can run without VAC....

If it were not for lack of free cash and all the hours already invested in this game I probably would give it up. I really would hate to give up all my achievements and unlocks I've worked hard for. Plus no other games have the COD formula I love... The classes, the Perks...
